General Comments
I ordered a bouquet on the Interflora website on Wednesday and specified that I wanted the flowers delivered on Friday using their delivery date calendar. I was completely unaware that the delivery date I selected meant absolutely nothing.

The flowers weren't delivered on Friday and nor were they delivered on Saturday as went in the wrong van. Hopefully they'll get there today (Monday).

When I complained to Interflora I was told that I should have read the terms and conditions that state the delivery 'may take place within 48 hours of your preferred delivery date'. This info shouldperhaps be made clearer when you place the order.
