Good Points
Great location, friendly staff, cozy and quaint, great breakfast, good bang for your buck

Bad Points
Rooms are small, but we went to San Francisco to see the sights - not stay in the room!

If you are looking for something affordable, clean, and in a great location - the Edward II Inn & Suites is your place!
