Bad Points
I ordered a pair of boots on 1 October 2008 and was promptly debited. The boots have not arrived and when I chased by email that bounced back I discovered that I didn't have an address or telephone number.

General Comments
I am very concerned as my only contact is through the web site which is now displaying a note to say it's being overhauled. The Calf Width Boot Company have not responded to my email request for their contact details. I feel rather foolish having parted with my money before even having an address but I was so happy at finding a company that could supply a pair of boots that fitted. I would be very grateful if anyone knows a contact address or phone number please share it via a review.
