1st rental was faultless, good service cheap etc etc. 2nd time exactly as described by other reviewers. I returned vehicle with small scratch where someone had grazed me whilst in a car park and explain 3rd party damage. Imediately took £1000 from my card and now 3 months later I received a mystery refund of £539 after being told on the telephone (in one of my 100's of calls) that it would cost £144 -OK I thought. No answer to emails, yes yes yes to phone calls. Wish I had seen other reviews. I could get quote elsewhere and contest but they seem to have a good system for not contacting you up and running, and I am just to tired.............
