I found it to be poor quality, over priced and unconsumer friendly.

General Comments
I bought a jumper for £160 from Reiss and the first time I wore it I noticed that on my chest the wool was frayed. I was in work and then going directly out so ended up wearing it for about 14 hours straight. The next day I brought it back and a seemingly unfriendly and rude member of staff (the rest of the staff were lovely) I felt, implied it was my fault and refused to take it back. They sent it to customer services. I was supposed to hear back within 3 days. 10 days on and I have still received still no word yet.
