Good Points
Easy to use, safe for the elderly or infirm, fast delivery of hot water.

Bad Points
noisy in use, over priced unless bought on promotion.

General Comments
Bought the Tefal Quick Cup for my 81 year old mother £49.99 with free brita water jug from comet, tried out ourselves for two weeks, so impressed we got one for mother inlaw as well.

Be sure you purchase the one with updated spout, as early models tend to splash when filling cup.
