they are always there to help, hand holding and quick to sort out problems, stores all over UK so feels more secure than usign an online online solution

Bad Points
more expensive than most, but when you compare stat for stat and the quility, you understand why. Buying cheap only ends up more expensive in the long run!

General Comments
Ive got a Hotspring hot tub thats been absolutely great, and I did have a problem in the early days, not hardware related, more, "this is my first hot tub, is it meant to do that?" and hotspring uk were very helpful and patient (hopefully they will read this and give me a freebe hint hint. I bought one from them as a freind recommended hotspring hot tubs to me having had a couple himself, he upgraded to the massive 7 seater, and said hotspring held his hand all the way! like new parents! haha. I guess theres always gone to been some people that sadly have a bad time of it.
