Good Points
Great catalogue, good choice of clothes and seemingly good value....

Bad Points
...until you realise you have to pay for returns.
Only e-mail contact, therefore dificult to contact re: problems...

i.e. Still waiting for a refund of items to be paid from start of september (now mid oct).
