Green + Benz Review

Good Points
the lovely young man who was very helpful in taking our order for a pandora bracelet in the triangle store in manchester. the prompt phone call when the bracelet came in although the charms did not.

General Comments
as the items ordered from Green and Benz were for a birthday gift for my daughter on the 10/10/08 we decided to get the charms elsewhere as we were told they had not arrived in with the bracelets, when were arrived at green and benz we were greeted by a lady who took my name, i explained we had managed to get one of the charms i had originally ordered with them. she seemed very displeased and when i asked if they could still contact us when the angel came in to store she also seemed slightly perturbed. i said never mind, the lady did not offer to let my daughter try the bracelet on and when she had boxed the bracelet asked me if i needed a bag to put it in! i then asked her for a receipt and she said the receipt i had been given when leaving the deposit i explained i had left it home so she told me to write paid on it when i got home! i felt the customer service was disappointing, i will not be returning to the shop.
