A sad indictment of the manufacturers apparent lack of interest in the consumers point of view.

General Comments
Since 2007 the manufacturers seemingly decided to take a superb selection of chocolates and replace it with a bland mixture of soggy, sickly goo. There are many poor reviews on the new selection and many people have complained to Nestle, but they do not seem interested in the consumers or their opinions. A year later and they are still producing the same insipid selection. My feeling is that Dairy Box is probably purchased by unknowing people, as small gifts. My neighbour has just bought a box for me. I opened them in hope that Nestle had taken notice of the reviews posted a year ago and reverted to their original quality... But No! Still the same dreadful sickly goo. I suppose the days when the consumer mattered have long gone. I feel they certainly have where Nestle is concerned.
