Good Points
Good food, short queues, plenty of seating, cool rooms

General Comments
The food was great, always nice to try local food, never queued for more than five minutes at the bar and was always served by polite happy staff who helped with your Spanish if you got confused. The evening entertainment was average, some of the acts excellent and some not so good, but I suppose they have to cater for everyone. The maids did an excellent job in cleaning the rooms. Would have preferred the only free TV channel to be something other than the finance channel.
Overall, I would return to Alcudia as it is a lovely town and the hotel was an enjoyable experience.
People referring to the lifts being slow should remember that they have at least 9 floors to cater for and are programmed to work how they work.
