Good Points
Apple store online was excellent.smooth transaction, very fast delivery and free engraving. Have bought 2 ipod nano's over past 9 months and service and quality of product was excellent on both occasions. Would recommend.

Bad Points
None. Superb online store with reasonable prices.

General Comments
Price of my iPod Nano at the Apple Store was roughly around the same as Currys and comet but offers free engraving which is a lovely touch when buying a special present. Comes gift wrapped with card for a small price but again a lovely touch. Very pleased with service and quality of product. It arrived within 48 hours. Excellent!
