Lexmark Z51 Review

Good Points
I must state i have never had problems with ink drying up, as Matt has. The Z51 seems to give quite good printing for the price, colours are reasonably good.

Bad Points
As Matt & Shelagh have already stated, & i agree, major problems getting the Lexmark Z51 to work properly on a daily basis is frustrating. Sometimes it decides to work, other times it decides to report a fault & "dies" on me. I have read all the so called help jargon on the CD & still have the same problems!!!

General Comments
What can i say, the Lexmark z51 is a decent enough printer when it decides to work. I must admit i have not as yet tried Lexmark support, if Matt & Shelagh's comments are true, i don't think i will. Constant problems with "will it work or not today" is enough to upset anyone, i would love to have been able to give help with an answer..... but i can't.

I would like to ask Lexmark to try a little harder & state which versions (Windows 95/98/200/ME etc) their product is totaly suitable for, & how to get hold of the information required to fix it (or replace it).
