Good Points
The trolley looks good and steers in a straight line.
Bad Points
Poor battery life; suspect on-off switch; bag fell apart; pretty well every component seemed destined to fail far before it should do.
General Comments
I have, unwillingly for the most part, had an electric trolley from Motocaddy for about 3 years now. The previous one, the Explorer, went back to Motocaddy about 5 times, and three times it was replaced by a new trolley. This one has had problems with battery life (3 batteries in 2 years), the switch, and now the gearbox. Unlike others on this forum, I have actually had courteous treatment from Motocaddy; but we have been in touch so often over the years that we are almost on each others Christmas list.
