Good Points
The cabinets are excellent. I had the gloss finish, they are easy to keep clean. Installation was excellent and on time. We had a couple of snags that were sorted out. I was able to have cupboards that suited my height as I am not very tall. I also love the up and over doors on my top cupboards as I am able to reach right to the rear of the shelves.

Bad Points
The design is not as sucessful as I had expected. The cupboards are not as versatile as I would have liked.
Some of the items seem to take a long time to come from the manufacturer that could have been due to shut down for hoiidays.
Kick boards keep moving.
The soft close drawers do not always fully close.
On one of the pelmets it was damaged when fitted, I could have requested a replacement, however the fitter came 3 times to fit the pelmet as they were the wrong size. It wasn't until a few days later that I noticed the damage and subsequently more of the gloss on the pelmet has lifted off. I accept that it could be that there is a fault in the manufacturing.

General Comments
My kitchen was fitted in 2006 by In-toto Kitchens and it looks a good as the day it was fitted. I would consider using the same manufacturer again but would be more insistent on my requirements.

The retailer I purchased the kitchen from was very helpful but I think design wise he could be better.
