Good Points
In flight service, check in efficiency, general cabin comfort and facilities fair.
Bad Points
Changing reservations. Call centre was diabolical. Colours the opinion of the whole airline.
General Comments
I use Singapore Airlines purely as a business link since currently working in Singapore for my U.A.E. based company. However, to get hold of their reservations department was an unmitigated nightmare and it was not possible to change the booking on line. It is the single most important aspect of end user satisfaction, the right to adjust your itinary due to circumstances. Singapore Airlines made this process virtually impossible due to their complete lack of ability or consideration in dealing with customer call centre service. I am done with them now and will go back to Emirates Air.
