Good Points
Web-based help desk software, so my remote techs can assess the system remotely. Server side installer for Mac OS X Server... BIG one for us! (they have installers for Win & *NIX too). Discovery and Remote Control integration with Apple Remote Desktop and MS Remote Desktop. VERY easy to configure...WHD didn't come with a whack of consultants to deploy it! VERY nice EDU discounts too! We love it!
Bad Points
UI is gorgeous, to me, but Windows fans may think it's a bit too Mac'ish...but Vista and OS X are kind of starting to have similar appearances
General Comments
We've had the Web Help Desk software for about 4 years now and it just keeps getting better. It just never seems to break and tech support is fast and cordial when we call for config questions. I'm writing to this site because I will have to admit, once a year I comb the net looking for something better and this site came up on "help desk software reviews" but WHD wasn't mentioned... I can't find a better solution... so I'm sharing my opinions on the Web Help Desk software. Hope this helps!
