“Not a very good service when chips are down”

Good Points
Seem to function ok when things are under contrl, which every company does. Its when the system goes down that the boys are seperated from the man.

Bad Points
Terrible customer service.
When their system/servers are down its practically impossible to get a straight answer and even more dofficult to speak to technical. Its like the technical dept is a one man team
