General Comments
I found the majority of the food was verging on inedible for me - a lot of gelatinous courses. Bizarrely, the snail porridge was the highlight for me. Can imagine all the food critics saying how wonderful it is because they don't want to appear ignorant (which I clearly am!)
If you like modern art, you'll probably like the tasting menu at the fat duck. Suspect you either love it or hate it. I'm clearly a luddite, but I thought it was a ridiculous price to pay for a moderate chemistry lesson.
