Bad bad customer service in my opinion...

General Comments
Fell in love with the place, such a great atmosphere!

The only bad point is I think one of the managers could've been more friendly.

We were in a group of more than 3 and we didn't have rooms next to each other - at first it was a bit of a mare but it worked out for the best because we became such good mates with the neighbours.

I didn't think our rep was too great - didn't seem too interested in anyones problems. I wouldn't pay for the trips if I were you - we had an amazing time without them.

Bar stays open till 4 so great for that game of ring of fire when you need it!! :)

Overall had the time of my life!! - You can expect it to be amazing!!!
