General Comments
I made a same day booking for a five day period on their website. In error I put a start time of 1600 on the form. I noticed the mistake on the confirmation email and pointed out that I should have put 1700. They said that they had no slot at that time. As I could not make that time I cancelled. They refused to refund any money saying the terms and conditions allow them to keep all the money as the cancellation was within 48 hours of the booking. I argued that I had made a genuine mistake and noticed within 1/2 hour and the email confirmation advised that I had 24 hours grace to make corrections. This cut no ice and they refused a full or even partial refund despite phone calls and emails.
If you want better customer service go elsewhere. I certainly have.
