Bad Points
Filthy dirty, all drinks in disposable cups, air con in room not working for 3 days, food choices was so bad (for the kids squid rings), we had to eat outside no umbrellas for shade around pools, the list goes on and on

General Comments
I know it was going to be bad when we got there, the cases were left at the side of the road at 10pm and we was left with our 2 kids, 1 year old and 3 year old sleeping in our arms and the rep just drive off in the coach ,even the first choice rep was telling people it should only be a 2 star hotel at most. We paid £1650 for 11 days there, I will never be using First Choice again
