Booked the most rubbish hotel room which Jetline then refused to upgrade it
General Comments
I would never use Jetline travel again, and would advise anyone thinking of booking a holiday to go elsewhere. The customer service is very poor. I booked a 2 week stay in Antigua to find I have been allocated a substandard room with no air-conditioning, TV or bath!
Jet line didn't explain this at the time of booking, and when I finally did get hold of them, after making several calls which I never got a return to and then refused to change it.
Now I have found out that as this is not a package holiday, which as far as I remember again was never explained to me it will cost me nearly 1/3 of the total holiday cost to cancel.
