General Comments
I work in sales and was shocked and horrified by their technique. My wedding is in a few months and straight away I was told there would be a late fee. No other wedding dress shop I had visited was going to charge me. I felt as though they were trying to intimidate me because I did not have one year to plan and prepare everything. I thought the majority of the dresses were grotesque and the others clearly did not suit my shape, yet I felt the pressure to buy one was unreal. I was not going to be taken in by them. They offered me champagne and had me close my eyes and visualize my wedding. I saw many other women trying on dresses and actually ordering them and I think in time they will regret their decision.

It is the worst shop I have ever been in. They did not offer any way of altering the dress to suit my figure, whereas other shops had.
