General Comments
I got the Nokia N95 8GB as a free upgrade on the 3 Network complete with the entire Spiderman 3 film already loaded.
My previous phone was an N73 which was atrocious & wouldn't send messages after only owning it for 6-7 months.
So far with this phone, no major problems although when I first had it, it constantly had problems reading the SIM & for some reason if I didn't use the phone for about an hour would come up with "SIM Registration Failure" which mean pulling the battery out & giving the SIM contact points a little rub to make it work.
Now, it has stopped doing this although I am not entirely sure why.
The only other problem I've had, is that sometimes flicking through the photos, it has frozen & can only be fixed by pulling the battery out. Thankfully this doesn't happen too often.
Other than these niggles, the phone has been fine. I read a lot of reviews about the poor battery life but it hasn't really bothered me too much as most phones I've owned, I've had to charge every couple of days depending on use.
I like the that the actual phone memory is large as well as the Mass Memory, as the texts are saved to this. Although I have about 3000 texts on my phone, there is still plenty of room. Unlike with other phones, which constantly say "memory low".
Camera is also excellent, even on the lowest quality setting.
The sound when listening to videos, music etc is very good due to the speakers on either side of the phone.
I've only owned this phone for about 2-3 months so haven't had a chance to play with all the applications on it (there are LOADS!) but all in all it seems to be a great bit of kit & the previous N Series problems appear to have been ironed out.

Even though Stephanie1979 hadn't had this phone for long, she gave a very good and full description and helpful review of its good and bad points..
