Good Points
Well maintained, friendly environment, people of all abilities, indoor, near chester, buses from chester to the park, bmx skateboards and rollerblades allowed, good prices, food & refreshments, toilets, skater owned skateshop-Kreation roll, loads of new ramps, always updating the park, smooth, well built.
Bad Points
Only one bad point, but it should be dealt with within the upcoming weeks, no lips on the bottoms of two ramps.
General Comments
The Boneyard Skatepark is one of the best maintained parks in the uk, the park is always resurfacing ramps and is kept tidy. Smooth rides guaranteed. Over the last year or so, many new ramps/features have been added to the park , these include: a new jumpbox with rolled landing, a completely redesigned section of the park that they are constantly improving, kink box, big grind box/ledge, many resurfaced ramps and more to come. The staff and the people who use the park are very friendly making for a great time, the vast differences between many of the ramps means that the park is perfect for any level, from a first timer, to a world class professional. Many tours have stopped by the park for a skate, the most recent being the Valo rollerblading tour including some of the best rollerbladers in the world: Chris haffey, jeff stockwell ,alex broskow, erik bailey, jon julio and more. Many pro's stop by the park for a session; another example of how good it is. Rollerbladers, skateboarders and bmxers are allowed into the park. On quiet days, mountain bikes and other types of generally non skatepark sports (mountain boards, trials bikes, scooters) may be allowed into the park.
