Good Points
Servers are okay, uptime is pretty good.

General Comments
Unhelpful customer service in my experience. No-one seems to be able to answer my questions, very slow by email I find. (For example - I asked them to change the nameservers for one domain via their support contact form, instead of doing this they emailed me three hours later and asked me to raise a support ticket, working day finished and now 16 hours later I have (eventually after finally finding their ticket system) raised another ticket which says exactly the same as the email. Domain still hasn't been changed). Personally won't use them again.
