Good Points
James and his friends grow to love each other as a family.

Bad Points
The animation was poorly done, but that's about it.

General Comments
James And The Giant Peach is a story of James Henry Trotter has been unhappy ever since his parents died. And no, this is not because of some extended grief problem. This is because he has been forced to live with his Aunts Spiker and Sponge, who treat him like a slave. So when he meets and old man who gives him some crocodile tongues to make his life better, he jumps at the chance and feels sorrow when he drops them and they go into the ground out of his reach. But this doesn't automatically mean that James doesn't get a share of the happiness. The tongues make a peach and several insects grow to mammoth proportions and when James comes upon the life they have made in their peach, his life gets better as they journey to New York City.

I disagree with this review because i have seen this a number of times and the animation isn't poorly done, it is made to look that way, because the whole atmosphere has changed.
