General Comments
I lived, I think since 1993 with a pair of Epos 11 connected to my Audiolab 8000A, unfortunately my female Dalmatian thought that one of the Epos was food and you can imagine.

As it was not my thought change my speakers and time is not so good to spend money I decide to buy a pair of Wharfedale Diamond 9.1, because of what the reviews that I read in magazines and internet. I was so afraid of this speakers, so cheap, that they were two days in their box, I was thinking in changing for something better. One night I decided to listen.

The Audiolab is connected to an old Sony X33ES cd player and I connected the Wharfedale (in stands that I made to Epos) to the extreme of the Audioquest where were the Epos, I pick the first cd I saw that was Cock Robin The Best Ballads and so afraid I push the CD play bottom.

I can tell you that stayed astonished.

What a sound, couldn't be possible, at the moment I thought that I had never listened this cd, it's a kind of music that I can listen 2, 3 stretches. I listened all the cd. And I thought at time that shouldn't be possible. After that I listened a joss Stone cd that bought two or three days before, and what a speakers.

I was astonished, it couldn't be possible 180 Euros for a pair of speakers with that sound.

For five days they didn't stop, day and night repeating any cd, I was anxious to listen my music.

At eighth day I got the nerve and tried a very difficult music, my music, I listened a cd of Roger waters and Ron Gesin called Music From The Body, a very, very difficult music to any system and again what a surprise. At that moment, I just wanted to kiss my Give Birth to a Smile Brownie (my deaf Dalmatian). She is the responsible for the introduction of these Wharfedale Diamond 9.1 little speakers with a so great sound.

25 years ago my Epos costs round 1000 Euros. They are completely forgotten. I think this Wharfedale are the best thing I bought since many years. When I close my eyes I can see Waters saying his poems, he is there in front of me, the drums are at my left, the guitar is there two, every thing is there so clear.

I never thought it was possible to buy such diamonds for this price.
