Seemingly non-logical service
General Comments
I think Debenhams Direct have an unhelpful service which is not at all logical. I waited 2 weeks for a skirt which failed to arrive and I was given 3 different answers as to where it was whenever I called customer service. The skirt never arrived in time for the ball, and I was informed the day before it was actually out of stock. They have given me a 10% discount for the next online order - but i will NEVER use them again. I think their customer service is disgusting and all my complaints have had to be sent via email as I could not find a number to call. unimpressed.
