Good Points
A great work out, you definitely work up a sweat. If you can't see the dfiference, usually you can feel it at the very least.
Bad Points
I have been working out for 7 weeks now and to be honest, without taking up the diet, I haven't noticed a great deal of difference. But I do feel fitter.
General Comments
All round, I would recommend this piece of equipment, it takes a hell of a lot to keep me doing it every other day for 7 weeks without getting bored stiff. But for some reason I keep wanting to do it. Another comment as well, and a request for help: I've had the machine for about 3 years (I'm a starter - stopper exerciser hehe) and my cords are severely worn, which is understandable for that amount of time. Can anyone suggest where I might be able to purchase more? or maybe suggest some weights that may keep the desired effect? Thanks
