Very good in reducing and eliminating muscular aches pains and headaches

Can be painful
General Comments
Sports massage is very good in releasing muscular tension. I have treated people who have chronic neck and back pain, and suffer with headaches due to the neck and back problems. After a sports massage they have been releaved of the headaches and pain. However, massages must be frequent in order to maintain the benefits.
