Good Points
Cooks fabulously - roast, stew, baked items etc. Obviously cheaper than having an oven on just for a stew.
Bad Points
Documentation/instructions. Cleaning. Temperature comparison to ovens.
General Comments
Overall I am very pleased with the Bravoska although when I took it out of the box was disappointed with the build quality (eg what appeared to be a cheap plastic insulating tray) and the instructions which are at best in poor English and not at all clear. As it's marketed as an alternative to an oven, I was expecting degree temperatures, not just numbers 1-10 and the documentation isn't at all helpful in working out what temp to use for casseroles vs cakes etc. Given this is not a cheap product, proper instructions should not be beyond the wit of man to provide. A separarator/rack would also be useful to maximise cooking opportunity. having said all of the above, after trial and error am now happy with it and will use on a regular basis as I bought due to the high cost of having an oven on for one item in portugal (where I live)
