Bad Points
I still don't have bedroom furniture 3.5 months after they took payment and promised delivery in 6-8 weeks.
Complete disconnect between Debenhams and their suppliers for me.

General Comments
Ordered bedroom furniture from Debenhams online, got order confirmation via email but estimated delivery date was blank. During the order process online had displayed 6-8 week delivery time which was acceptable. After 8 weeks called customer service number who had no visibility over furniture orders, gave me another number to call. After being passed to 3 different numbers, I eventually spoke to designs who supply furniture to Debenhams. Furniture wasn't in the country but expected in a couple of weeks. Time passed, nothing, called back who told me they had no real idea when they'd get it (almost implied a boat turned up and they took pot luck). Phoned Debenhams back and spoke with Customer Relations. They were able to see my order and went and spoke to them again. Eventually given a delivery date of 1st week of May, guess what, nothing so contacted again, response? "Not sure yet, no delivery date". Therefore I do not recommend Debenhams Direct.
