Good Points
Fast delivery. My item (AVerTV Hybrid Volar USB TV tuner) came with a special help & support guide sheet apparently made by the shop staff, so they seem to take real care in what they do.

Bad Points
None so far. Haven't had a need to test them on this thankfully. I can't give a 10 simply because i don't know for sure how good they are when things go wrong.

General Comments
Specialise is AV stuff. This was the only place I could find the tuner I wanted.
