General Comments
My advice is to persevere if you have trouble with SCS, because after 9 months they came and collected the sofa which was then 16 months old. It was a total nightmare. the sofa was in my opinion poorly made. Eventually a new manager agreed to have the setee removed and we are free, my other advise do not pay cash always pay on credit as that way you have a chance of getting the case sorted without going to court. Thank you trading standards.
