General Comments
Having been a big Marks and Spencers fan for years, I have to say I think their standard of customer service has gone down. Recently I had reason to take an item back for a refund, whilst in the Aylesbury, Bucks store I was sent upstairs to customer services, they could not help me, I was told to go downstairs to the information desk, this assistant was quite sarcastic to me and I was promptly told to go back upstairs to the finance desk. When I got there I was so stressed by it all, my children were getting very upset and I was getting nowhere I decided to give up and go home!!!!!!!! Not an experience I wish to repeat!!!!!
