Bad Points
On Sunday 4th May 2008 I tried to book a cruise with Cruise deals. Each credit/debit card I offered to pay with was declined by their system, imagine my horror when each of the three cards offered were debited throughout this week, for the full cost of the holiday. Today is Friday 9th May 2008. A call to a very helpful customer services on Tuesday ended with a promise from them to call back today. I contacted customer services again today and was asked again for all the information, card numbers etc, and a promise that someone would call back. I am still waiting............... (no money has yet been refunded! Not sure how you would feel about this, but I view it very seriously, it seems Cruise Deals may not.
General Comments
Do not offer more than one credit/debit card when booking if the system refuses your first, get them to call you back.
