We recently booked with Destinology to go to South Africa after my brother had a good experience booking a holiday with them last year. Overall, I found their service and attention to detail were great. When I initially called their call centre, I was put through to a member of staff who had recently visited South Africa. She was able to offer some great advice on lodges she had actually visited on a staff trip and had good knowledge about day trips and restaurants in the area we wanted to stay.
We went back and forth several times with lots of questions, but this was easy to do as we were given the direct telephone number for the person who was dealing with our holiday. This makes a change when you call up call centres and speak to a different person every time! Overall we found the company to be very knowledgeable about the area we wanted to visit and were always happy to answer all the questions we had before booking. Once we booked, all our confirmation and documents arrived on time and had no problems while we were away. I'll definitely look to book with them again.
