An outstanding album that has well and truly stood the test of time. Couple Jim Steinman's fantastic songwriting skills with Meat Loaf's unique, amazing voice, and what you have is an absolute classic !!!!!!

First released in 1977, and back in the charts again in 2013. If you only ever buy onr Meat Loaf album, make it this one !!!!!!

It opens with the out and out rocker Bat Out Of Hell, and finishes with the heartfelt ballad For Crying Out Loud, awesome !!!!!!

It will still be listened to for many generations to come, without a shadow of a doubt. This is REAL music. Forget the manufactured rubbish like One Direction, JLS, etc, because in 10 years all that rubbish will be forgotten, but Meat Loaf will live on !!!!!!

Bat Out of Hell is a really good song, with Meatloaf's terrific voice, and a great guitar solo by Todd Rundgren. It was in the charts for more than 10 years! Plus, it was 9 minutes long! What more can I say?

It is a fantastic song and album, from a fantastic artist - the one and only Meatloaf!
