Good Points
Other users were very friendly. When maintenance was required they arrived speedily

Bad Points
Kids club music sessions for 1-4 year olds was hopeless - the staff member leading the session was disorganised and relied on parents to come up with the nursery rhymes to sing. Litter was often strewn on path around bin area - not pleasant when your caravan was opposite. Reported a broken baby change unit - staff ignored it - it was still in use 2 days later when I visited pool again.

General Comments
We stayed the week of 14th April 2008. We had contacted haven before out visit to check on equipment in the caravan before visit as we were taking a baby. When we arrived we found the van had a microwave, even though the brochure and customer service said it didn't, which meant I spent £15 unnecessarily on disposable baby bottles, when I could have just sterilised usual feeding equipment in the microwave like at home. Staff at reception didn't have a clue that they ran water tots session which is clearly on website and in brochure
