Good Points
Easy to get through on the phone, cheap holiday booked

Bad Points
Never returned my calls/ reply to emails, limited information given as All Inclusive package was sold but couldn't use majority of he facilities in the Hotel

General Comments
Booked all inclusive in Sharm el Sheikh, asked to confirm that we'll be able to use any restaurant or bar, agent confirmed 3 times and promised to email confirmation. Had to chase the email, after 5 phone calls and 3 mails - never got reply - got really cross and had to argue with the agent to give my email address. Email arrived after 4 more days chasing but not as promised, without any details. When arrived in resort had to breakfast in 1 place, go for lunch to another and evening meals limited to 3 places out of 10 in the hotel. For a drink of water had to walk to the pool bar 2 miles uphill or pay at the bar - this is not All Inclusive or Five Star! Sending the complaint - will update on the result.
