I was treated like moaning customer. I went in with my shoes that i purchased and they fell apart in 2 months. i had my receipt but i was told it has been over 28 day and i was allowed an exchange. What i find troubling is that do Dolcis expect their shoes to last 28?

what was the date of purchase ?
<br/>if it was before january 21st you are going to have no joy as dolcis ltd went into administration. if it was after that date all the stock and the trading name dolcis was purchased by stylo barratts shoes, so you should take your complaint to them at this address.

<br/>i do know that a lot of the dolcis shops that remain open are being run at the moment by temporary and inexperienced staff
