Good Points
Used to be outstanding... but I now seem to be part of Tiscali!

Bad Points
As far as I am aware since tiscali take over the download speed and tech help is not as helpful!

General Comments
I have been with nildram over 7 years and they were outstanding. Great speeds and just as good a tech help service when things went wrong. The last few weeks I have been experiencing download speeds going up and down more often than an it's lift. Finally got so annoyed off I called tech support... 23 mins of music followed by a guy who in my opinion was also not very helpful. Toppped off by the discovery that speedtest.net say I am 'tiscali'... time to start looking for a new isp as I would rather have a leg removed by blunt chain saw that have tiscali as my isp!
