“Steeple bay is a very unique park off the beaten...”

Good Points
Friendly people, community sprit, safe for children. People have owned caravans on the site for many years. A sense of village life.

Bad Points
To many managers to many promises broken, some times looks like a bomb site, staff seem to think that they are here on holiday and not here to work. Not enough care is taken by the maintenance team when moving vechicles, tractor, lorries and caravans, the grounds are like mud fields, tractor marks are over peoples well cared for plots so when they come down they can not relax. So for the whole weekend they are repairing their own cost the damage caused in the week previous.
Pot holes, problems electrics,drainage, fields flooding unable to get to your own caravan, toilets constantly blocking.

General Comments
Steeple bay is a very unique park off the beaten track, owners have been here for over 30 year and there children are they new owners of today. but the management never seem to take this on board and treat us, you don't like it leave. But why should we, as you can see management come and go, we like the area we pay good money, so we all deserve a little bit more respect, it makes me very sad to see all the holiday caravan plots are high priority and as an owner feeling neglected.

yes i totally agree its about time that they started listening to the people that actually fund the park year in year out....the owners.
<br/>the staff issues are so correct they seem to think there on holiday when they should be working.
<br/>things only get done when the fleet hire complain, when an owner complains or asked that something be done they are pratronised and told dont like it leave....why the hell should we be treated this way.
