Good Points
Animals and birds seem to be provided with fresh food and water, also fresh sawdust in cages,

Bad Points
Reptiles in tanks too small seemed unable to straighten to their full lenghth, Bird cages possibly too small, one monkey seemed distressed kept banging a door. Generally enclosures look too small. The place though supposed to be hot and humid was only warm!!

General Comments
The place in general seemed run down, the entrance was very scruffy in fact looked as if the place had closed down. The wash basin to wash after feeding animals was dirty, the soap dispenser didn't work and there were no drying facilities. On the whole the place was a dissappointment and one came out feeling sorry for the animals. It is a shame that this place lets Cleethorpes down as Cleethorpes has improved so much in the last few years with many more amenities. Come on Cleethorpes don't let the side down do something about this place.
