Good Points
They Rarely have any downtime, They will apply new scripts to there hosting facility's. When they answer your query's there helpful and precise and get things resolved very quickly.

Bad Points
Customer Service is slow and doesn't always answer query's in my experience and opinion.

General Comments
Overall I am pleased with the service that adepthosting provide me a little slow at customer service... but seems I rarely have a problem with there server then its not a big concern of mine, however this may put a lot of people off.
Me I will be staying with them and continue hosting my websites with them. Well recommend Adept Hosting.
