Good Points
Gloves actually fit. Usually they are too small for me.

Bad Points
The color came out HORRIBLE!!! I have dark brown hair that was getting grey in the front. I used UB-3 so I could have a golden color so my grey hair wouldn't be as noticable. Now my hair is orange and blonde. I'm actually going to call in sick tomorrow because I don't want to go out in public. There was absolutely NO color/dye. When I mixed the color with the developer they were both creamy white. The color never changed.

General Comments
This was the first time I've ever colored my hair. I had LONG dark brown hair and just got almost 18 inches cut off. With the short hair my grey started to show in front and I didn't like it. I thought this color would be good. Boy was I WRONG!!! I'm hoping I can find something tomorrow to fix this major disaster. Unfortunately the hotline was closed when I called. I have to call first thing in the morning to see if I can color my hair again tomorrow. I should have listened to my friends when they said I shouldn't color my hair.
