Good Points
Well where do I start? Too many good points to list.

Bad Points
Not enough, the good would outway the odd 1 or 2 bad points that some owners have discovered with their Westies. Mine barks at tv and cat in front garden! That's it. My dog just don't ever get told off because she's never naughty, I am very lucky to have such a good girl.

General Comments
My westie is very loving, loyal and affectionate. She is obedient, well behaved and playful. I have had many dogs over the years but have to say she is the best behaved and easy to train dog I have had the pleasure to own. She has never dug up my garden or made a mess in the house! She was so easy to train and do spend time all day at home while I am at work, so although she doesn't need the excersize I make sure she's walked twice a day and she loves it. Her bad point which really I smile about is, she likes to bark at the tv but its fascinating to watch her watching the tv and taking in the pictures, as soon as an animal of some kind appears she's off my lap, barks at them then jumps back on my lap! She is amazing with my nephew and nieces even when being tugged a bit by the youngest. She is very good with other dogs in the park and is so inquisitive in what everyone else is up to. I must admit I didn't introduce her to any cats while young (she's only just 2) But the neighbours cat sits in my front garden looking at her and she goes nuts almost sounds like she's crying because she cant get to the cat smiling at her from outside the window. It amazes me where her enegy comes from even after a walk as sometimes she has a fit of madness and runs around my coffee table about 10 times like a loony then shattered she looks at me as if she's smiling! I love everything about her and she's not just a dog she's my baby, my best friend and my family. I wouldn't be without her and take her every where I go except work unfortunately.
