Bad Points
There is less suspense in this piece. The suspense is one of the things that draws me, as a reader, into the work. It just wasn't "there" in this novel- at least not to the degree that I expect from this author.

General Comments
This was an enjoyable, well-written read. I would definitely recommend it, especially to Dee Henderson fans. As with all of Henderson's writings, there is a significant focus on characters and character development. The reader comes to care about the characters and that draws them into the story. The characters are plausible, believable, and human; they have flaws that help the reader to identify with them.
